Lutreet gladly accepts returns of UNWORN (no scuff marks – please walk on a carpeted area when trying on footwear) items within 30 calendar days of shipping date, except clearance / sale items which are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. To be eligible for a return, your item must comply with all the following conditions: be unused and in the same condition that you received it; be in the original packaging; have the receipt or proof of purchase. All returned items are inspected upon receipt and all products that may not be restocked will be returned to the sender.
To process your return, kindly contact us at email@example.com so we can issue a Return Authorization and inform you about all the details to proceed. Please, send us a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any return not complying with this policy will be refused and returned to the sender.
After reception and inspection of the returned item(s), we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund (excluding the cost of original shipping) to your Credit Card or original method of payment. Please, expect the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges for different sizing and / or model are possible, if the item to be exchanged complies with the Return Policy above. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. Therefore, we suggest you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to send back any item to coordinate your exchange with our team.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded (if applicable). You will be responsible for handling the shipping costs of your returned item. We recommend the use of a trackable shipping service (or purchasing a shipping insurance) when returning your item(s), otherwise, we cannot guarantee the receipt of the returned item(s).
